Mr. Atkins has a Bachelor’s degree in History from Radford University. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He completed an archivist internship with McConnell Library at Radford University. Devon has served on several committees whose mission was to serve the needs of the community. In addition, Devon is a Florida public notary. Devon has served on the executive board of the Rho Zeta chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. as the Vice President. He has also led and assisted many student organization groups such as Men of Standards, Black Student Association, NAACP, DAP (Diversity Awareness Programming), and CDI (Center of Diversity Inclusion).
